Welcome to Oh Do Kwan Martial Arts
Oh Do Kwan Martial Arts is dedicated to providing a safe martial arts experience for students of all ages. The goal is to provide a path for personal development through focused scientific training that promotes physical fitness and positive social interaction in a courteous and fun environment. While the physical training in TaeKwon-Do is important, the instructors at Oh Do Kwan Martial Arts believe that our most important responsibility is to instill in our students a sense of discipline and moral culture that will allow them to live their lives more fully.
This is done by stressing the Tenets of TaeKwon-Do:
- Courtesy
- Integrity
- Perseverance
- Self-Control
- Indomitable Spirit
Our philosophy at Oh Do Kwan Martial Arts promotes incorporation of the Tenets of TaeKwon-Do into the daily lives of our students. In addition to developing effective self-defense skills you will also increase:
- Stamina
- Flexibility
- Focus
- Self-confidence
to name but a few of the benefits you will gain from studying TaeKwon-Do at Oh Do Kwan Martial Arts .
At Oh Do Kwan Martial Arts we have been living by out motto “Strength, Courtesy and Discipline through Martial Arts” since 1985.
